Brilliant service! Needed to sell my Roland drum kit because of money issues. I'm in Northern Ireland, so FedEx took and extra day to get the 40kg package to Musical Money, but I agreed to the quote on Friday, parcel collected on Monday and the payment was competed on Wednesday. Will be recommending this service to all of my friends looking to sell instruments.Must give a special mention to Geoff from Musical Money who helped and reassured me through the process. Recently bought a used Yamaha LL6 and was delighted with it. Had a chat first and the description was spot on. Good price, but more importantly I felt I could trust Musical Money which when buying used instruments unseen is very important. Based on this sale I can thoroughly recommend them.

Having acquired a few instruments and having little luck selling privately, I stumbled across this website and thought it was worth a shot. I posted details of an electric guitar and received a quote within a day of posting. I had some questions and received quick and helpful responses. After accepting the quote I followed the process for arranging collection via courier. I did this on the Friday and was able to arrange collection by FedEx on the Monday. I received helpful packaging instructions from Geoff along with courier details. After collection on the Monday I received payment for the item the following day. 5 Star service and 5 Star company. I am already planning to use them again and recommended to friends.
I was very worried about letting my keyboard go to a company I did not know, and would they pay me, because it seemed so easy, as they said they would do every thing, it all was too good to be true, and that means it usually is, but I am delighted to inform everyone, that this company is all it says, in every way, they arranged everything, very helpful, I had no need to worry at all, if I need to sell again I would use them again, my money was in my bank account within 4hrs of them receiving my keyboard, many thanks MUSICAL MONEY, best regards Andy.

Massive thanks for your prompt and efficient service. The guitar arrived yesterday and it is stunning - far beyond what I was hoping for, and I had high expectations. I didn't get home from work until very late last night, so finally opened the package at around 23:00 h. I whispered the immortal words to my wife 'I won't be long, just going to have a quick look at this guitar', and then got completely lost in tuning it in, admiring it, and then playing it until the very early hours. Those pickups - unbelievable tones, the neck feels as though it has been custom made for me, and the guitar is a thing of beauty. I have owned fender USAs, Gibsons, PRS, and even a couple of (nice) BC Rich guitars in my time, but this tops them all. Blown away - everything and more that I have been searching for from a Fender Strat. Massive thanks for being such a pleasure to do business with, and thanks again for this amazing guitar. Brilliant customer service all emails answered quickly. I sold two items and musical money couldn't of made it any easier for me a fed ex guy turned up as said (free) and after accepting the very reasonable offer the payment was in the next day. Fantastic company even better service. Thankyou :)
My husband just sold two of his guitars and we cannot fault the service received. A warm, friendly and faultless experience from beginning to end - great customer service from Geoff who came and collected the guitars from our very own home!
